Hal Stewart, aka Tighten, is the main antagonist of the superhero comedy movie, Megamind. He is dimwitted but dangerous, cruel, brutal, selfish, and psychotic. He is a former cameraman-turned-supervillain who started to destroy the city. However, Megamind stopped him by depowering him. He is last seen dancing in prison, staying in Megamind's former room in jail.
He is voiced by Jonah Hill.
