Mr. Whiskers is the primary antagonist of Frankenweenie. He is Weird Girl's pet cat who supposedly has psychic abilities. He is later turned into a vampire cat during Weird Girl's failed attempt to reanimate a dead bat. He is voiced by De Bradley Baker.
