Charles Montgomery Burns, is the main antagonist of The Simpsons. He is the ruthless and maniacal owner of the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant and is also the cruel-hearted boss of Homer Simpson. He is voiced by Harry Sheaver. His sidekick is called Waylon Smithers, who is in love with him. Although there may not really be a main antagonist of the series, he is probably the closest thing to being the main villain of the comedy series.
