Tow Mater or Mater for short, is the deuteragonist of the Cars film franchise from Disney and Pixar, however he became the protagonist of Cars 2. He is a rusty old truck who is Lightning McQueen's best friend and began working for C.H.R.O.M.E. He is voiced by Larry the Cable Guy.
